Children and families across East Texas face real hardship when school is out and kids no longer have access to school meals as an important source of nutrition.

For parents, the summer months mean that budgets must stretch even further to come up with an extra 10 meals each week per child. Sometimes that “stretch” is simply not possible, especially now with the high cost of food and additional necessities.

Your gift is needed now to help the East Texas Food Bank and our many partners provide healthy food through programs that reach children, families and older adults, and sends mobile food distributions into communities where needs are greatest.
