Our Reporting Process
Below is our reporting process to be used for problems or ethical issues. This process is backed up with the option to report the problem in confidence to our third party agency Lighthouse. Before using the Lighthouse reporting service, please consider using the East Texas Food Bank open door policy by bringing your concern(s) to the following individuals first by following these steps:
1. Talk to your immediate Supervisor or Manager.
2. Talk to the Director of the department or Human Resources Director, Lyn Morgan.
3. Contact the Chief Executive Officer, Dennis Cullinane.
4. Contact Lighthouse or dial (844) 710-0006.
All calls are confidential and the identity of the caller will remain anonymous.
