Participants weigh in for city manager's challenge
Efforts to encourage healthy living and to save or improve lives merged Wednesday as participants of City Manager Mark McDaniel's 10 in 10 Challenge weighed in at the East Texas Food Bank. The bank, along with Carter BloodCare, have an ongoing Fill The Banks campaign to ask East Texans to provide food and blood during a critical time of year.
