Measure 1 cup of pineapple juice and pour it into the blender.
Measure ½ cup of beets and add them to the blender.
Measure 1 cup of yogurt and add it to the blender.
Add 1½ cups of berries.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Try adding ½ teaspoon vanilla if you use plain yogurt.
Try using 1 cup strawberries and ½ cup blueberries.
Freeze cooked beets in recipe-sized portions for a quick fix. Frozen beets from the store should be cooked first according to package directions.
