Chief Human Resources Officer

The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at the East Texas Food Bank is responsible for supporting all human resources functions including, benefits administration, recruiting, performance management, training and development, maintenance and training of the ADP Comprehensive HRIS system, orientations, office supervision, compensation and payroll, policy development and administration, workers compensation, and employee relations for approximately 80 employees. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CHRO contributes to the overall strategic plan and goals of the organization.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field as well as a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources management experience.  Candidates with ADP Comprehensive HRIS experience as well as those with advanced credentials (SPHR, PHR, CPHR, CEBS, etc.) are preferred.  Bi-lingual in Spanish and non-profit experience is a plus.
